Le Castel is perfectly placed to see all of Normandy’s top sights. The stunning abbey at Mont St Michel, the Bayeux Tapestry and the D Day beaches are all 45 to 60 minutes away.
On top of that there are children’s theme parks, an incredibly beautiful zoo, ruined castles and fantastic beaches.
The deserted beach of Montmartin sur Mer is 15 minutes away – a perfect place for a picnic. We have lovely wicker picnic baskets or back packs for hire.
There are also things like food trails, where you can visit a bee farm, snail farm, fois gras farm and a cider farm.
